The whole theatre is on the verge of finishing a £22 million upgrade as it was built on a budget and when it closed for the upgrade it was operating on a scale way beyond what was envisaged when it opened in 1962. This exciting project will improve the theatrical experience for audiences and artists alike and of course the coffee.
