I just wanted to say thanks for the discount voucher and the little thank you notes in my orders. These little touches do get noticed and separate a great company from a mediocre one. I wanted to also let you know how you won my business. I used to order from Hasbean for years. I would say I was a very loyal customer and ordered all my coffee from Steve @ Hasbean. Unfortunately I got ill and even after my recovery couldn’t tolerate caffeine anymore. However, I still loved coffee and missed it terribly.

Hasbean don’t take decaffeinated that seriously, always claiming that good decafs were really hard to find. The ones he did get in on occasions I found to be too floral or too acidic for my liking. I decided that my loyalty only goes so far and started searching for other coffee roasters. I found Coffee Real and was instantly taken by a few things. Your website is more professional looking, you have a great selection of decafs and your prices were very reasonable. Oh and I like the artwork on your brand / logos. 

After trying your coffee I was smitten by the qualities of the decafs you have. I no longer feel like an outcast and can now enjoy the quality of coffee that I used to enjoy with caffeinated coffee. I buy all my coffee from Coffee Real now. And the reason - you take decaf as seriously as you do caffeinated coffee.
